Poetry 2

Last week, we focused on Cinquain poetry. This is a five-line poem that describes a certain subject. I used a graphic organizer that I found on Read Write Think. You can get it here. I showed my students some examples, then they used the organizer to write their own.

Once again, we published them on a half sheet of computer paper and glued it to a half sheet of construction paper.
