During Eagle Time this week, we've been working on Mother's Day gifts. They decorated cards and bookmarks on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, they made flowers from tissues. They had a blast with that! On Friday, they created an acrostic poem about their mom and chose bath salts to put in small jelly jars as their big gift.
To make the bath salts, we poured Epsom salt into a gallon bag. Then, we added some food coloring and a few drops of an essential oil. I had three different colors and scents for them to choose from. I bought small jelly jars from Walmart super cheap.
We made the bath salts last year and they were a big hit.
