Okay, so I've been working on a way to document IEP accommodations in my classroom. I had trouble with this last year. I wanted a quick and easy way to document the accommodations for each of my special education students. Well, I finally completed a form that I think will really help me out.
It's a very simple form, mostly a check-off list. I've created it to be either printed and filled out or filled out on the computer. Right now, I'm offering it for free. You can download it from my store on Teachers Pay Teachers. You better hurry because it won't be free for long.
